The games
Our games are sold and played through itch.io, under itch.io’s terms. Prices, refunds for purchases and downloads are handled there.
Membership
- Membership is a monthly subscription billed by PayPal at the price shown on the membership page.
- It gives you the VIP role in the Nimbus Hollow Discord and whatever perks the membership page lists at the time. Perks can change; the price you pay only changes if you agree to a new plan.
- Cancel at any time from your PayPal account. You keep VIP until the end of the period you paid for, plus a few days’ grace after a missed payment.
- Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- VIP is a role in our Discord server, so the server’s rules apply to members as to everyone else.
Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts, not purchases, and are not refundable except where the law requires it. They pay the team and the voice actors.
Kickstarter
Pledges to the Quests for Esteria campaign are governed by Kickstarter’s terms and the campaign page.
What belongs to whom
The games, their art, music, writing and characters are © Nimbus Hollow Productions and the artists credited on this site. NecroApocalypse is made with Necroviathan; Necroviathan, the HFCI and their world belong to Necroviathan. The press kit says what you may use in coverage.
This site
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is, and we can change or take down pages at any time. Nothing here is advice to rely on.
