Rent the back room. Grow the product. Move it before someone notices. Bring friends — they'll "help".
A scrappy business sim about a very unofficial operation, played in VR with the people you trust least.
Backroom Hustle takes the grow-it, package-it, sell-it loop of Schedule 1 and puts it inside a VRChat world. You start with an empty L-shaped room, a floor grid, and a recipe book. Everything you place is placed by hand on that grid — lamps, tables, trays, the lot — so every crew's setup ends up looking different. Follow the recipes, keep the product moving, keep the cash flowing, and try to hold the whole thing together while your friends stand in the doorway holding the wrong thing.
It's built for VR first and works on desktop too, so nobody gets left out of the shift.
* * * one full loop * * *
A world, not a launcher. Full VR interaction with desktop support, built in Unity with UdonSharp.
Everything snaps to 1×1 metre cells. Your layout is your own, and only the cell you're aiming at lights up.
Opens with a key on desktop or by reaching over your head in VR. No menus stapled to your face.
Designed for a group from the start: split the jobs, share the room, argue about who left the door open.
